Police charge man with attempted murder at Paralowie, South Australia

Police have arrested a man over a stabbing incident at Paralowie this morning.

About 4.50am on Wednesday 17 April, Police were called to a Paralowie home after reports that a man had been stabbed.

When police patrols arrived, they found an 18-year-old man from the home had sustained serious non-life threatening injuries to his face and upper torso. He was treated by paramedics at the scene before being taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital.

A 21-year-old man from the address was arrested at the scene.

The man was charged with attempted murder and was refused police bail. He is expected to appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court tomorrow.

The two men are known to each other and the incident is not considered random.
