Police hold concerns for welfare of Herbert

Northern Territory Police are continuing to search for 18-year-old Seth Puckridge, missing from Darwin’s rural area since 31 March.

Detective Acting Senior Sergeant Paul Morrissey said, “Police received reports of several possible sightings of Mr Puckridge, but he has not yet been located. His disappearance is unexpected and police hold serious concerns for his welfare.”

The last confirmed sighting of Mr Puckridge was around 9:30pm on 31 March at his home in Herbert.

Police have conducted several property searches and taken several statements.

The search is currently focussed on the Herbert/Humpty Doo area, using a variety of resources including the mounted unit, helicopters and motorcycles.

“We are aware of the high level of community concern for Mr Puckridge,” Senior Sergeant Morrissey said.

“We encourage residents to search the grounds of their properties and report anything unusual.”
