Belmont Police are seeking information regarding the whereabouts of 66-year-old John LEWIS. Police have concerns for his welfare as he may have become confused and not remember where he is or how to get to his Belmont home.
About 9pm on Wednesday 24 July 2019, Mr LEWIS was seen leaving a supermarket on Belgravia Street in Belmont.
There was another sighting of Mr LEWIS about 5.25pm on Thursday 25 July 2019, walking on the East Perth side of the Windan Bridge underpass.
Mr LEWIS is described as 175cm tall, with a large build, a fair complexion, white hair and beard. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket, a blue jumper, black pants and white shoes.
Anyone who sees Mr LEWIS is asked to call police immediately on 131 444.
