Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fire which destroyed three commercial premises in Apollo Bay this morning.
Emergency services were called to Collingwood Street about 3.30am where the blaze had taken hold of the premises.
A crime scene remains in place and motorists are urged to avoid the area.
Colac Crime Investigation Unit detectives are appealing for anyone with mobile phone or Dash Cam footage to come forward.
