Police investigate burglary in Melbourne

Melbourne Crime Investigation Unit detectives have released a facial composite image of a man as part of their ongoing investigation into a burglary in Melbourne’s CBD last month.

Investigators have been told a man gained entry to a business in Oliver Lane about 2.50pm on 29 July.

The unknown man was confronted by an office worker in the building and they had a brief conversation before the man fled empty handed.

Detectives have released a facial composite of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.

The man is perceived to be Caucasian in appearance, about 175cm tall, with a slim build, was unshaven, and had dark eyebrows and three front teeth.
