Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a house fire in Chadstone last night.
Emergency services were called to reports of the blaze at an address on Terrigal Street about 9.40pm.
A woman and two children were evacuated from the residence.
The trio were taken to hospital with serious injuries.
At this stage, the fire is being treated as suspicious.
A crime scene has been established, and an arson chemist will attend the scene later today.
The investigation remains ongoing.
