Police investigate deceptions in Melbourne

Melbourne Crime Investigation Unit detectives are seeking to identify a man they wish to speak with in relation to deceptions which occurred in March.

Police believe the man used a stolen credit card at two service stations on Kingsway to buy cigarettes and fuel on 2 March about 5.40am.

Detectives have released images of a man they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

He is perceived to be between 35 and 40-years-of-age with a medium build and short, thinning brown-coloured hair.

At the time the man was wearing a green t-shirt, blue shorts and white runners.
