Police are investigating a structure fire at two unoccupied conjoined residences in Pekum Crescent, Berriedale overnight.
Emergency services were called to the scene about 8.34pm and Tasmania Fire Service quickly extinguished the fire.
Preliminary investigations determined the fire was deliberately lit.
Police are at the scene conducting further investigation.
