Police are investigating after a fire which damaged a Gagebrook house under construction was deemed deliberately lit.
Police and emergency services were called to an address in Laurence Place Gagebrook about 9.40pm last night.
TFS quickly extinguished the fire, which was confined to one room with minimal damage occurring.
