Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a man in Doveton this morning.
Emergency services were called to a property in Banksia Street, following reports a man had been located unresponsive on 1 October about 11.30am.
A woman inside the residence performed first aid on the yet-to-be formally identified man, however he died at the scene.
The man’s death is being treated as suspicious and a crime scene has been established.
Homicide Squad detectives are on scene.
No arrests have been made and the investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident remain ongoing.
