Police are investigating a fatal crash in Chirnside Park this morning.
Emergency services were called to reports a car had crashed into two parked vehicles on Edward Road about 2.05am.
The car then set on fire.
Paramedics worked on one of the male passengers, but he was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The male driver and another male passenger were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and are assisting police with their enquiries.
Police are working to establish the exact circumstances of the incident.
