Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal factory fire in Wendouree this morning.
Emergency services attended the property on Villiers Drive following reports of the fire around 6.30am.
Sadly, a man pulled from the burning factory died at the scene.
Two other men who safely evacuated the property were not injured and assessed by paramedics at the scene.
Police have set up a crime scene and detectives from the Arson Squad will be examining the scene today, along with fire investigators.
