Homicide Squad detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a man in Frankston last night.
The man’s body was discovered when police attended at an address in Rassay Court to conduct a welfare check just before 10pm on Saturday 18 September.
The victim is a 34-year-old man.
