Police investigate Glenroy robbery

Merri-Bek Crime Investigation Unit detectives are appealing for information following a robbery which occurred in Glenroy last year.

Investigators have been told a 39-year-old man was approached by two males after leaving the Glenroy Railway station.

They tapped him on the shoulder and demanded his phone and wallet.

The victim ran from the offenders but they caught up with him at the intersection of Hartington Street and Glenroy Road before assaulting him and stealing his cap and earphones.

Investigators have released images of two males they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
