Emergency services were called to a house in Baronet Street, Goolwa just after 8am on Wednesday 5 August by reports of a large fire.
The blaze was extinguished but caused extensive damage to the unoccupied property.
There were no reports of any injuries at the scene.
Detectives, crime scene investigators and fire cause investigators attended and examined the scene. The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
