Homicide Squad detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a woman in Mill Park last night.
The body of a woman was discovered after police conducted a welfare check at the Hawkes Drive home just before 9.30pm.
She is yet to be formally identified.
A 45-year-old Epping man has been arrested and is currently under hospital guard.
A crime scene has been established and the investigation remains ongoing.
