Detectives from Horsham Sexual Offences and Child Abuse Unit are investigating an alleged sexual assault that occurred last month.
Investigators have been told a 15-year-old girl was waiting to be picked up by family on Albert Street in Horsham about 8.50pm on 19 February.
She was approached by an unknown woman and sexually assaulted.
The woman is described as aged in her 20s, long blonde hair and was wearing a white top and carrying a white plastic bag.
Investigators have released an image of a woman they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
