Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a non-fatal shooting which occurred in Tullamarine this evening.
Emergency services were called to Broadmeadows Road about 5.05pm after reports that a man had been shot in the leg.
Crews arrived and located a man, believed to be in his 20s, who was treated for a non-life threatening injury.
Investigators believe that a number of other people may have been in the area prior to police arrival and are keen to speak to anyone with dash-cam footage or further information.
