Police are investigating following a suspicious fire at a house in Sunshine North overnight.
Emergency services were notified of the fire on Duke Street at 3.30am.
The house was under renovation or demolition and was not occupied.
The fire caused extensive damage and an investigation into the exact cause of the blaze is underway.
