Police investigating after public place shooting in Yagoona

An investigation has commenced after a public place shooting in Yagoona last night.

About 9.45pm (Monday 12 April 2021), a number of shots were fired from a vehicle travelling on Emery Street, Yagoona, into the front of a home.

Fortunately, the occupants – who were home at the time – were not hurt.

A crime scene has been established as officers from Bankstown Police Area Command commence inquiries.
