Investigations have commenced after a single shot was fired at two women at Carina this morning.
Just after 6am this morning, two women exited a unit on Adelaide Street when they were approached by a man from a silver BMW parked nearby.
A single shot was fired towards the women, aged 41 and 32, however it missed and they were not physically injured.
The man returned to the BMW and it left the area along Adelaide Street towards Stanley Street.
Anyone with information that could identify the man, or the silver BMW in the area between 4am and 6.30am, is encouraged to contact police.
