Police are investigating after a man sustained a gun shot wound at Warner this afternoon.
Officers were called to Centenary Court just after 4pm following reports from the public about a shooting.
Preliminary investigations suggest a vehicle was seen leaving the area shortly after.
Police were then called to a medical centre on Samsonvale Road to a man with an abdominal wound.
The man was treated and taken to hospital.
Crime scenes have been declared and police do not believe there is concern for the broader community.
