Police are investigating a shooting incident in Zillmere last night (October 10).
Officers were called to Handford Road just after 11pm, and located an injured woman inside a house.
The 23-year-old Zillmere woman was transported to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s for treatment and is now in a serious but stable condition.
A crime scene was established at the address and investigators urge anyone with information or footage from the area to contact police.
Investigations are continuing.
