Police are investigating a suspicious structure fire at a unit complex in Continental Road, Glenorchy, overnight.
Emergency services were called to the fire about 11.30pm after reports of a unit on fire.
All occupants of the unit evacuated safely, and no injuries were reported.
Tasmania Fire Service crews quickly contained the fire before an investigation determined it was deliberately lit.
