Police investigating wounding incident at West End

Police are investigating a wounding incident in West End, in the early hours of October 22.

Early investigations indicate a physical altercation broke out between three men at an address on Boundary Street around 12.35am, before one of the men produced a knife, injuring the other two.

The first man fled the scene before emergency crews arrived.

Two 21-year-old men sustained non-life-threatening injuries including lacerations and were taken to hospital for treatment.

A crime scene has been established and police investigations are ongoing.

Police believe there is no threat to public safety at this time.
