Police lay arson charge in North Toowoomba, QLD

Detectives have charged a woman with arson, after a house fire in North Toowoomba yesterday (March 21).

Crews were called to a suspicious fire on Murray Street around 8am.

The structure sustained significant damage to the interior, but no one was injured.

A 22-year-old North Toowoomba woman has been charged with arson.

She is due to appear before the Toowoomba Magistrates Court tomorrow (March 23).
