Northern Territory Police have charged a driver in relation to a fatal crash that occurred near Hermannsburg in April.
Earlier today, Major Crash detectives arrested the 23-year-old man within the remote community of Hermannsburg.
Police will allege the man was intoxicated, having a blood alcohol level of at least 0.214% at the time of the crash.
The man was charged with:
- Drive a motor vehicle causing death
- Drive a motor vehicle while unlicensed
- Drive unregistered motor vehicle
- Drive uninsured motor vehicle
He was bailed to appear at Hermannsburg Local Court on 4 September 2023.
