Major Crash Investigation Unit detectives have charged the 20-year-old male driver of a vehicle involved in a fatal crash in Tipperary on 10 December 2019.
A 23-year-old man, who was a passenger, died at the scene as a result of injuries he suffered during the single vehicle crash while travelling on the Daly River Road.
The 20-year-old male has today been issued with a Notice to Appear and charged with Drive Motor Vehicle Cause Death.
The male will appear in the Darwin Local Court on 21 February 2020.
