Detectives from the Major Collision Investigation Unit have charged a man over a fatal crash in Barnawartha North last year.
The 31-year-old Barnawartha North man has been charged with culpable driving.
It is alleged the man was the driver of an all-terrain vehicle when it rolled at a property on Moss Road on 25 December 2020.
A passenger in the vehicle, a 2-year-old boy, died as a result of injuries sustained in the crash.
The man was bailed and will appear at Wodonga Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
