Cannington Detectives have charged a25-year-old man after an incident in Langford last night, Monday 5 October 2020.
Around 8pm, a physical altercation took place between two men known to each other at a residence on Goddard Way in Langford.
It is alleged during the incident the victim, a 38-year-old man, received several lacerations to his body. He was conveyed to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment.
It is further alleged during the incident the 25-year-old man, damaged a bedroom door and smashed the windscreen of a vehicle parked at the home.
The 25-year-old man from Langford has been charged with:
• Two counts of Criminal Damage or Destruction of Property;
• One count of With Intent to do Grievous Bodily Harm, Does Grievous Bodily Harm to Another; and
• One count of Threaten to Kill.
He is due to appear before the Perth Magistrates Court today, 6 October 2020.
