Northern Territory Police have arrested a man in relation to the fatal hit and run in Timber Creek last month.
Major Crash detectives arrested the 50-year-old man today in Alice Springs and have executed a number of warrants.
The man is currently being interviewed and police expect to charge him with Hit and run cause death later this evening.
Detective Sergeant Jeshua Kelly said, “We’d like to thank the public for their assistance in identifying the vehicle, which led to the driver also being identified.”
