Northern Territory Police have arrested a 22-year-old man at an unlawful entry in Alice Springs overnight.
Around 10pm police responded to a report of an unlawful entry at a supermarket in Eastside.
Officers searched and cleared the area before viewing CCTV footage, which indicated the offender was hiding within the ceiling space of the store.
The man was arrested by police and transported to the Alice Springs watch house where he was charged with one count of Enter and damage business premises or property within. He is scheduled to attend the Alice Springs Local Court today.
