Police Make Arrests – Aggravated Burglary In Katherine 11 August

The Northern Territory Police Force has arrested four youths in relation to an aggravated burglary that occurred at the Katherine Aquatic Centre this morning.

Around 6am, police received reports of an unlawful entry at the pool. It is alleged four offenders entered the premises and stole a quantity of food items, damaged the front door as well as a vehicle parked outside, before fleeing the scene.

Members from Strike Force Cerberus and Strike Force Trident responded and identified, located and arrested the four youths aged 12, 12, 13 and 17-years-old.

They remain in police custody and are expected to be charged with Aggravated Burglary as well as one count of Breach of Bail.
