A 46-year-old male Northern Territory police officer has been served with a Notice to Appear for the following offence:
- Obtain benefit by deception
The officer will appear in the Darwin Local Court on 31 August 2022.
The matter is under investigation by Crime Command.
As the matter is now before the courts, no further information will be provided.
