Police recover stolen property at Chigwell

Uniform members and detectives from Tasmania Police are currently conducting investigations in bushland in Chigwell in relation to the recovery of an amount of stolen property.

The area has been declared a crime scene and forensic investigators are also currently on site.

The recovered stolen property relates to burglary, stealing and motor vehicle stealing. Recovered property includes a white Nissan Patrol which was stolen from an address in Berridale on 27 April 2019 and a John Deer ATV stolen from a business in Montrose on 18 April 2019.

Police would like to hear from anyone who has any information regarding these matters and urge those members of the public to contact Tasmania Police.
