Police Release CCTV Of Magill Post Office Robbery

Police are investigating an attempted robbery at a Magill post office in July and have released CCTV of the suspect.

Just after 4.20pm on Monday 13 July, a man entered a post office on Magill Road, Magill. He demanded cash but was refused and ran from the scene.

There were no physical injuries to staff.

The suspect was captured on CCTV on Jackson Street, Magill a short time later, where he removed part of his disguise.

He is described as of Caucasian appearance, about 165 cm tall, with a large build. He was wearing an orange high-visibility jumper, black pants, sneakers, sunglasses, gloves and a beanie.

Detectives are investigating and appealing for anyone who recognises the man, saw him in the Magill area before or after the attempted robbery, or has CCTV, dashcam or other footage that may assist, to contact Crime Stoppers online at www.crimestopperssa.com.au or call 1800 333 000 and quote reference 182991.
