Police are continuing to appeal for sightings or information on missing man Benjamin Barrett, who was last seen in Russell at the end of May.
Benjamin, 58, lives aboard his boat ‘Reremoana’ in Matauwhi Bay, and is believed to have left in his dingy on 26 May at around 11.30pm.
Police have not yet located Benjamin’s dingy and would like to hear from anyone who may have sighted it in previous weeks.
The dinghy is described as white with a rounded smooth front and fiberglass exterior. It is approximately 9 ft long with a wooden frame, seats and centre board.
