The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating after a three vehicle crash claimed the lives of two people at Bracalba this afternoon.
Initial investigations indicate around 3.45pm a car travelling west on the D’Aguilar Highway when it collided with two utilities travelling in the opposite direction.
The driver of the car, a 20-year-old man, and a 22-year-old male passenger, died at the scene.
Three men travelling in the utilities were all transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Investigations are continuing.
