Police responding to serious traffic crash at Kedron

Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious traffic crash at Kedron last night.

Just before 9pm, preliminary investigations suggest a silver Mitsubishi Outlander was travelling north on Gympie Road when it collided with a grey Mazda 3 attempting a turn onto Gympie Road from Wallin Street.

The Mitsubishi Outlander has continued on the wrong side of the road, colliding head-on with a silver Honda Civic.

As a result of the crash, a 31-year-old Greenslopes man was transported to hospital in a serious condition. Three other people were also transported with minor injuries.

Investigators from the Forensic Crash Unit are appealing to anyone who witnessed the crash, or who may have dash cam footage, to contact police.
