Police responding to serious traffic crash at Park Ridge

Two children have been transported to the Queensland Children’s Hospital in a serous condition after a two vehicle traffic crash at Park Ridge this afternoon.

Initial inquiries indicate at 2.20pm a Honda was travelling north on Chambers Flat Road and has begun to turn right into school road when it has collided with a Subaru travelling south on Chambers Flat Road.

Two children under five, who were passengers in the Honda, were transported to the Queensland Children’s Hospital in a serious condition.

A woman, who was a passenger in the Subaru, was transported to the Logan Hospital for observation.

Neither driver was physically injured during the incident.

Forensic Crash Unit investigations are continuing.
