Police Responding To Traffic Crash At Bredden

Police are investigating a traffic crash at Bredden, near Charters Towers, on Sunday 15 February.

Investigations indicate about 10.30am, a Mitsubishi Triton towing a caravan left the road, crashing into a tree.

The driver, a 30-year-old Townsville man, sustained injuries to his back.

A three-year-old passenger sustained facial injuries.

Both were transported to Charters Towers Hospital in a stable condition.

The Mitsubishi Triton and caravan had been reported as stolen.

Investigators are appealing to anyone with relevant information, CCTV or dash cam vision to contact Policelink.
