Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Cranbourne West man Zerom.
The 85-year-old was last seen at an address on Bolwarra Court about 12.15pm on Saturday, 30 August.
Police and family have concerns for Zerom due to multiple medical conditions, including dementia.
Zerom is 174cm tall with brown eyes and has grey hair, but is balding.
He was last seen wearing a black jacket and dark blue pants.
An image of Zerom has released in the hope they will assist in locating him.
