Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a 49-year-old man reported missing from Milton on 20 August.
Nanek, pictured, was last seen on Baroona Road around 5.10pm.
Family and police have concerns for the man’s welfare due a medical condition.
Nanek is described as Caucasian, is approximately 168cm tall with a proportionate build, grey hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a black jacket, white t-shirt with a red logo, navy jeans and skate shoes.
Police are appealing to for Nanek, or anyone with information regarding his whereabouts, to come forward.
