Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 21-year-old man missing from Waterford West since February 16, 2024.
Rohaan Rapana-Kumar was last seen leaving a Mark Lane property at approximately 3.30pm and has not been seen or heard from since.
Police and family have concerns for Rohaan’s welfare as he has a medical condition, and his disappearance is out of character.
He is described as Indian, approximately 180cm tall with a slim build, dark brown hair, and brown eyes.
Police are appealing to Rohaan or anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to contact them.
