Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Horsham boy Logan.
The 16-year-old was last seen on Flemington Road in Melbourne about 3.15pm on Monday, 3 July.
Police and family have concerns for Logan’s welfare due to his medical conditions.
He is described as Caucasian, around 170cm tall, of slim build with dark wavey hair.
Logan was last seen wearing a black T-shirt with ‘Halls Gap Zoo’ on the front, black tracksuit pants and black Crocs shoes with no socks.
Police have released an image of Logan, in the hope someone may know of his current whereabouts.
