Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Clarinda man Damien.
The 80-year-old was last seen leaving his aged care facility in Clarinda about 12pm on Thursday.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as he has dementia and the length of time he has been missing.
Damien may be travelling on public transport to areas including Lakes Entrance or Sydney.
He does not have a mobile phone with him and may ask members of the public for assistance.
Police have released images of Damien and in the hope someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Damien is described as Caucasian, about 150-160cm tall, with a skinny build, short grey hair and blue eyes.
It’s believed he may have his walking frame with him.
Damien was last seen wearing a white puffer jacket, blue jeans and black Asics runners.
