Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Mooroopna girl Elizabeth.
The 16-year-old was last seen on McLennan Street in Mooroopna on Monday 15 January.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to her age.
Elizabeth is perceived to be African in appearance, of a medium build and is 160cm tall. She was last seen carrying a large black bag.
She is known to frequent the Mooroopna, Tatura and Shepparton areas, often travelling by public transport.
Police have released an image of Elizabeth in the hope that someone can provide information on her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Elizabeth or has information on her whereabouts is urged to contact Tatura Police Station on 5824 3099.
