Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Charlie.
The 23-year-old was last seen on 29 August around 11am in Parkville.
He is described as 185cm tall with short brown hair, beard and moustache and was wearing a grey hoody and grey pants.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as he has autism and other medical conditions.
Police have released an image of Charlie in the hope that someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Charlie or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Triple Zero (000) or Melton Police Station on (03) 9747 7999.
