Police are currently searching and appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Fadi.
The 33-year-old was last seen leaving an address at Pultney Street, Dandenong about 10am on 12 October.
Police have concerns for Fadi’s welfare due to a medical condition, and his disappearance being out of character.
Local police, with assistance from SES and Search and Rescue Squad, are searching the vicinity of Dandenong Creek and the surrounding areas for Fadi.
Fadi is about 165cm tall and of solid build with a shaved head and stubble facial hair.
He was last seen wearing an all-black tracksuit.
Investigators have released an image of Fadi in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
