Police are appealing for public assistance to locate missing Albert Park man George.
The 80-year-old, who has dementia, was last seen on Neville Street about 10am on 2 August.
Police and family have concerns for George’s welfare due to his age and medical condition.
It is believed he may have travelled on public transport.
Police have released an image of George in the hope that someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
George is Caucasian, of medium build with blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing a black cap, blue jacket. Black track pants and blue shoes.
